WHY DID ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVE?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping typically takes 10-20 days, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Since most of our products are made to order, we only offer refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or lost in transit.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or version chosen by the customer

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us with photos as proof, and we’ll process your refund accordingly.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can only cancel your order within 2 hours of purchaseβ€”as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Since we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations after this window are not guaranteed.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
