Shadow Threadz works with a variety of trusted brands, creators, production partners, and fulfillment partners to bring our strange and unusual collection together.

Because our products come from different locations, items in the same order may sometimes ship separately and arrive at different times. Processing and delivery times can also vary depending on the item and where it is being fulfilled.

We do our best to keep product availability accurate, but occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If that happens, we'll contact you and refund the unavailable item as quickly as possible.

As a small independent business, this flexible fulfillment approach allows us to offer a much wider variety of gothic, witchy, alternative, and wonderfully unexpected finds without limiting our collection to what's sitting in a single warehouse.
