1. General

We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our Site, but availability may vary. If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill the available portion of your order and contact you regarding a backorder or refund option.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with your purchase and is final.


3. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we do provide refunds under certain conditions.

3.1 Refunds for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, email us at shadowthreads56@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Your order receipt/proof of purchase

Once approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

3.2 Warranty Claims

We honor valid warranty claims within 90 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which we will reimburse upon approval of the claim.

Upon return receipt, we will process the claim within 7 days and offer one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A store credit refund

  • A replacement item (if stock is available)


4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Domestic Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days.

4.2 International Shipping

International shipments generally take 8-25 business days, depending on the chosen courier.

4.3 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4.4 Address Changes

Delivery address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. box addresses at this time.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We do ship to military addresses via USPS but not through other courier services.

4.7 Delayed Shipments

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, contact us for assistance.


5. Tracking Information

Customers receive a tracking link upon order dispatch to monitor their shipment status.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is damaged in transit, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery, email us with photos and order details.

For lost parcels, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Refunds will be processed upon confirmation of the lost package.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is included in product prices where applicable.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the refund policy applies.
