At Shadow Threadz, we work with a variety of carefully selected fulfillment partners and suppliers. Because of this, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping carrier. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout or on a product page are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Some products may qualify for free shipping where indicated.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on many products and to many destinations.
Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Shadow Threadz.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Processing Times
Many orders begin processing within approximately 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Some made-to-order, customized, specialty, or supplier-fulfilled products may require additional processing time.
If there is a significant issue affecting your order, we will contact you using the information provided during checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, items from the same order may arrive separately.
If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping notification containing your tracking number or tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for carrier tracking information to begin updating.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears significantly delayed, contact us at shadowthreads56@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll be happy to investigate.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing and cannot be made after an order has shipped.
Availability for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and other special delivery locations may depend on the individual product and shipping carrier. If we are unable to ship an item to the address provided, we will contact you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and item as soon as possible.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact us at shadowthreads56@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging when relevant
Please keep the item and packaging while your claim is being reviewed.
If tracking indicates that a shipment may have been lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the appropriate carrier or fulfillment partner.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective merchandise unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
