The Lantern Field is one of those places that seems perfectly ordinary until you start asking questions. By daylight, it is nothing more than a wide stretch of windswept grass beneath an open sky. But sometime after sunset, small lanterns begin appearing across the meadow, each glowing softly among the silver-green blades.

No one has ever seen them being lit.

More strangely, there are never any footprints leading to them.

By sunrise, every lantern has disappeared. The grass remains undisturbed, and the field waits quietly for night to return.

Candle Care

Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn. For the first burn, allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the vessel to encourage an even burn and help prevent tunneling. Keep the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from children and pets.

If you ever find footprints in the field, those are the ones I'd worry about.
